When we say we’re here for you we mean it. Which is why whenever you call us, we will always try to talk to you immediately. However, there may be times when this is not possible, but rest assured we will get back to you as soon as we can:

  • If you call before 3pm, you will receive a return call within the same working day.
  • If you call after 3pm, you will receive a return call by 12pm the next working day.
  • If you call out-of-office hours we will call you back the next working day before 12pm.

Any email received by 3pm will be replied to on the same day. We will also accommodate any out-of-office hours requests, such as call backs or appointments, to fit with your commitments and lifestyle.
