Kristen's track record is in working with organisations to deliver significant change. She is an experienced operational manager, having started her career in Legal Expenses.
Kristen has been working in the Personal Injury industry for 17 years and has a sound knowledge of personal injury compensation and claims litigation.
Kristen joined Mellor Hargreaves as the Practice Manager in January 2010 and is responsible for the smooth running of the firm, ensuring that the firm is up to date and compliant. Kristen is responsible for all HR aspects including recruitment, training and development and employment law. Kristen worked hard to get the Firm ready for the LEXCEL accreditation assessment and we were subsequently granted LEXCEL accreditation in January 2011.
In her spare time, Kristen loves to cook and often has friends and family round for dinner and some wine! Kristen also enjoys travelling with a particular love of France and Italy!
Kristen is a member of APIL and a Fellow Member of APA and was shortlisted for the 2011 Practice Manager of the Year award.
