Clare Smith

Clare studied Law at Liverpool University and graduated in 2005. She then completed the Legal Practice Course at Staffordshire University.
Clare qualified in January 2009 choosing to specialise in Commercial Property. Following the financial downturn her focus moved towards litigation with an emphasis on Consumer Problems and Professional Negligence.
Clare commenced employment with us in February 2011 working in the Professional Negligence department. The department's current focus is on professional negligence arising in connection with the British Coal Vibration White Finger claims.
In the summer of 2006 Clare travelled to South Africa to work on Shamwari Game Reserve assisting with monitoring and conservation.
In her spare time Clare enjoys fitness, cooking and socialising with friends
