Kristen has been working in the Road Traffic Accident industry for 17 years and began her career taking claims for a Legal Expenses company. She has a sound knowledge of credit hire, personal injury compensation and the claims process.
Kristen was employed as the Practice Manager in 2010 and is responsible for the smooth running of the firm and ensuring that the Firm is up to date and compliant. Kristen is responsible for all HR aspects including recruitment, training and development and employment law.
In her spare time, Kristen loves to cook and often has friends and family round for dinner and some wine! Kristen also enjoys travelling with a particular love of France and Italy!
